 About Instructor

Mila Vuko is a contemporary figurative artist and Founder of VUCO Artspace in Toronto, Canada. A flirtation between abstraction and figuration, Mila’s work evokes the presence of multiple beings.

Mila’s work is sold globally and she was recently selected by Narcity as one of “14 Artists To Follow If You Want To Be Inspired”. Mila had her first experience in curation when she worked for Norman Felix Gallery in 2013, and she has organized both charitable and for profit art shows. Mila has exhibited at several Toronto galleries and fairs, including a 2016 solo show at Black Cat Artspace and participation in both Art Toronto and The Artist Project. Mila has been working as an art instructor since 2016.

 

ADULT PROGRAM

 These workshops are for both beginners and those with experience: drawing, water-colour, pastel, acrylics  and oil painting. Explore various techniques through a variety of exercises. 
You can choose a different technique for each session. Explore them all!

SUMMER CAMP 
 6-12 Years

 During a one week summer camp children will learn to use different media - watercolours, charcoal and acrylics - while learning about composition, perspective and various art forms. They will be introduced to the history of art and artists through books and stories. Available only during summer break.
